Todd Tutterow won the “Big Dog Shootout” in North Carolina just prior to the 2004 World Street Nationals. He qualified his blown small block Chevy equipped Ford Mustang with a solid 6.63 @ 213.27 miles per hour, taking the number three spot on the ladder in Super Pro Street. The veteran Quick 8 racer was knocked out in the second round of competition during eliminations at Orlando.
