Florida’s own Sean Carpenter gave it his best shot in Super Pro Street at the 2008 World Street Nationals at Orlando. Unfortunately, his 706 cubic inch 2002 Camaro could only go a best of a 7.17 elapsed time at 193.43 miles per hour, missing the 7.04 32 car bump spot set by Jimmy Strobel.
