A couple of curious spectators check out the mid-engine 351 Cleveland in this 1974 DeTomaso Pantera GTS. The car is yellow and black, and belongs to Joe Curley out of Cortez, Florida. In 1974 these sold for around $10,600 new, and at the end of the 1974 model year Ford and DeTomaso Auto dissolved their business arrangement, and importation of the Pantera to the United States was concluded. More than 30 years later these cars still turn heads, as evidenced at the St. Armands Circle Invitational on November 4th, 2006.
