Port St. Lucie residents Ted and Bev Wozniak had a sign displayed with their pro-street 1981 Chrysler Imperial that had lots of info. A total of 7,225 Imperial 2-Door hardtops were produced in ‘81, with a list price of $20,988. This one has the original paint and leather upholstery, and is one of very few painted Day Star Blue, and was ordered with the only option offered, the $1,044 power-operated moonroof. It now has a 340 small block Mopar with a 904 transmission. Other items include a Shaker hood, 10-point roll cage, 4-bar rear suspension, 33x21.5x15 Hoosiers on Weld rims. The license reads “SCARCE”, and I bet it is!
