Bill Rafter was at the Spring Daytona Car Show & Swap Meet with his 1939 Ford Deluxe Coupe. It is all original, and includes an 85hp flathead, green paint, tan mohair interior, banjo steering wheel, and a personalized Florida license plate that reads “THIRTY 9”.
