The PPG Outstanding Use Of Color award went to this 1941 Willys "Swoopster", which belongs to Dennis Delphus of Ft. Lauderdale and is powered by an LS-1 small block Chevy. The bright yellow paint is accented by "tribal" type graphics painted maroon, blue and green running along the belt line. Laid-back headlights, a super low stance and a set of Billet Specialties rims really make this one pop. Inside you’ll find a Corvette-styled interior, with a waterfall treatment between the brown bucket seats. This one is beautiful in every single aspect.
