Here is “Big” Jim Dunn with what is without a doubt the most successful Rear Engine AA/Funny Car of all time. Have to love the old mask and goggles look! The Dunn & Reath Barracuda is shown here in a quiet moment in Southern California during late 1971. In 1972, Dunn took the car on a summer “tour” for his vacation from the Fire Station where he worked. His summer vacation became the subject of the movie “Funny Car Summer” which is a drag racing cult classic today.
