The “All American Boy” Charlie Allen was one of the first full time Funny Car touring pro’s from the west coast back in the 1960’s. Here he is making a blast at Irwindale, California, with his “Saddleback Dodge” sponsored Dart Funny Car. Allen has been around drag racing a long time.
