For the Best Engine award we went with a neat cartoonish 1:18 scale 1957 Chevy, which was painted candy red with huge rear tires and a monstrous blower poking up higher than the roof. Gerry Houck's 1947 Ford Cabriolet took the honors due to the cool and unusual flathead engine, which featured a very rare 1939 McCullough supercharger. This unique unit sits horizontal, and delivers about three pounds of boost. You can read more about Gerry's "Karate Kid" 1947 Ford here.
