Making the trip down from their home in Jacksonville, Mark and Susan Richardson went back with a Top 40 award. Their '34 Ford Hiboy is silver with a red vinyl interior, and is powered by a small block Chevy with 3-2's. It has a cool retro look, and the Richardsons are members of the Jacksonville Rod Runners.
