A total restoration was completed on this 1967 Chevelle SS 396 in December of 2006, and it was at Beach Blast 13 on May 20th, 2007. It is a true “138 Code” SS, which has a 375hp L78 motor with square port, closed chambered hi-po heads. Only 612 Chevelles were produced in ‘67 with the L78 motor, and it also has a Muncie M21 4-speed transmission and Eaton 3.55:1 posi rear end. The exterior is red, the interior is done up in black vinyl, and it has a personalized Florida license plate which reads “RAD67”. Indeed!
