Each year we make our own trophies using die cast cars mounted to a wood base, with an upright plaque featuring the vibrant event artwork and the name of the award. For the Top 40’s this year we went with 1/24 scale ‘70 Mustang Fastbacks, and the Specialty awards featured a variety of 1/18 scale cars. Pictured here is the Best Of Show trophy, which was a flamed Mustang, won by last month’s 1952 Chevy custom cover car belonging to Fred and Rose Golsner of Dunnellon, Florida.
