| Don Marcone of Fourth Gear Inc. in Apopka has been putting together this 1941 Chevy 4-Door Sedan for a little while, so it was nice to see him get it out for its first outing at our Beach Blast. It is red, and still has some things that need to be done before Don is through, and seemed a good recipient of the Best Project Under Construction.
